Amazon is celebrating ‘Prime Day’ which is a series of sales that Amazon offers to its Prime subscribers. The sales offer a plethora of goods at prices that most consumers won’t see until Black Friday sales (Black Friday is the Friday following Thanksgiving Day in the United States). While people were anticipating low prices, who could’ve predicted that Prime users could get their hands on recently launched LG G4, currently retailing for $699.99, for 0.0014285714% of the price?
In a surprising turn of events, Amazon is actually delivering and fulfilling on orders of the luxury smartphone. One lucky Reddit user by the name of ‘the-end‘ got the phone delivered to his house, and, of course, attached the receipt as proof.
Another Reddit user, ‘TheHeist37‘ ordered not one but 5 of the new LG-G4. As you can see from the order status, the phone has already been shipped to the lucky Redditor.

Most others who tried to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity were met with cancelation emails containing listing error apologies. Below is a quote from an Amazon sales rep:
“09:54 AM PDT Ahmar: As stated earlier, there was a pricing issue and by the time this was brought into our notice, some orders might have shipped out. The other orders which were not shipped out by then, were cancelled.”
Though the people who did manage to snag the deal and aren’t boasting about it on sites could be innumerable while also being some of the luckiest people on earth at this time.
