The Pakistan Cricket Board and YouTube have reached an agreement to livestream all the matches of Pakistan Super League.

Starting today, the Pakistan Super League is the first major tournament organized by the PCB in a very long time and Pakistani cricket fans are pretty excited. Bringing in international stars like Chris Gayle, Kevin Pieterson, Brad Haddin and many more, it is bound to be a huge event and to make it even more fun, you can watch all matches of the Pakistan Super League on the recently un-banned video portal, YouTube.

Termed as “another feather in the HBL PSL cap as top international brands continue to join hands with Pakistan Cricket”, the agreement will allow Pakistani fans access to free live streams of 24 matches, along with additional video packages and match-related content including highlights.

“We are thrilled at the prospect of partnering up with Google,” said Najam Sethi, the Chairman of PSL Governing Council. “This is great news for Pakistan Cricket and PSL fans, the ease and accessibility that YouTube provides to the viewer is unparalleled. I am sure that fans will now be able to stay tuned to all the action and the razzmatazz of Pakistan’s biggest sporting product!”

The event kicks off on 4th of February, 2016 in Dubai with a grand star-studded opening ceremony, featuring performances from Ali Zafar, Sean Paul and Sanam Saeed. The ceremony will be followed by the first match where we will see Misbah-ul-Haq’s Islamabad United in action against Sarfraz Ahmed’s Quetta Gladiators.

The event will also be broadcasted live at PSL and PCB‘s and here on YouTube official websites.
