Islamabad police in collaboration with Save the Nation has successfully developed an Emergency Panic Alert System (EPAS) for the safety of everyone especially areas which have been the target of terrorists in the recent past including, but not limited to, schools, hospitals, churches, and media houses.

The EPAS is directly configured with Police stations, Rescue 15 and Quick response force. So, in emergency or panic situations, the alert with the single click of a button will be shared with the relevant departments to get help instantly.

The system has already been implemented in 48,000 schools of KPK with the support of KPK police. Mr. Zia Ul Qamar, Chairman Save The Nation & Program Director Capital Safety Program added that,

“Use of modern technology is being ensured for security matters and to give better output.”

The solution is provided free of cost to all educational institutes in Islamabad region.

How to Get “Panic Alert System” Installed?

  • Contact to Capital Safety Program Office, adjacent Rescue 15 Zero Point by applicant.
  • Police would issue a form containing information of applicant organization/institution
  • Filled form would be submitted by applicant to Capital Safety Program Office
  • System would be installed in a dedicated Smartphone (Android) and activated free of cost and will be integrated with Police Servers.
