We are looking for a “DevOPS Support Engineer” for its Karachi Office on rotating shift. Ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in IT Services with 2 –3 years of relevant experience and basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking Protocols, scripting (PHP, python, Perl and RoR) and capable to work in 24X7 operations environment.


  • Responsible for understanding the complete delivery lifecycle process while leveraging experience of working with automation tools
  • Support operational infrastructure to support live online product
  • Implement DevOps with Dev team on agile delivery model
  • Setup, deploy, monitor, and administer applications and underlying services or operators infrastructure platforms
  • Deliver professional operational support to product team, aiding monitoring, alerting and optimization of existing products and processes to ensure applications are available and performing at the highest levels
  • Serve as first line of support for customers

Required Skills

The candidate must have:

  • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
  • Linux/Windows Administration working experience
  • Hands‐on Networking and Scripting (Bash/PowerShell) experience
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (e. g. Cloud Foundry, AWS)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in written and in verbal form
  • Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus
