Vivo X200T – Specifications
The Vivo X200T runs on Android 16 with up to 5 major Android upgrades. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3 nm) chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU with Cortex-X925, Cortex-X4, and Cortex-A720 cores. The GPU is Immortalis-G925, offering excellent performance for gaming and multitasking.
The phone comes in 256GB / 512GB / 1TB storage options with 12GB or 16GB RAM, using UFS 4.0 storage. There is no support for expandable memory.
It features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM, and 1600 nits peak brightness. The display resolution is 1260 x 2800 pixels, providing sharp and vibrant visuals. Schott Xensation Alpha protects the screen, while Ultra HDR support enhances image quality.
