LAHORE: The Punjab government has officially launched the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025, aiming to distribute 110,000 Core i7 laptops for free to eligible students. This initiative targets those enrolled in public sector universities, HED colleges, and medical and dental institutions across Punjab. However, students from private universities are not eligible for the scheme.
To qualify, students must hold a domicile from Punjab and be in their first or second semester of a BS program at a public institution. Additionally, BS students need at least 65% marks in their Intermediate exams, while medical and dental students require 80%.
