Google Launches Gemini 3, Integrates AI Model Directly into Search

Google has unveiled Gemini 3, its latest AI model, marking a milestone by embedding the technology into its search engine from day one. The launch brings advanced AI capabilities immediately to both consumer and enterprise products, underlining Google’s continued lead in the AI sector.

CEO Sundar Pichai described Gemini 3 as “our most intelligent model,” highlighting its improvements in coding, reasoning, and multi-step task handling. For the first time, Google’s premium AI Mode subscribers can access Gemini 3 to receive computer-generated answers for complex queries directly within search results.

The model introduces Gemini Agent, capable of performing multi-step tasks such as managing inboxes or planning travel, moving closer to Google’s vision of a “universal assistant.” The Gemini app has also been redesigned to present answers in a full interactive interface, offering richer, website-like responses.

For businesses, Google previewed Antigravity, a new AI-driven software development platform enabling agents to autonomously plan and execute coding tasks. According to Chief AI Architect Koray Kavukcuoglu, the immediate integration of Gemini 3 into products sets a “new pace” for AI deployment, making advanced features available to users faster than ever.

The launch signals a shift in the AI landscape, emphasizing monetizable applications alongside research benchmarks, as companies compete to embed AI into everyday workflows and enterprise solutions
