Nothing has officially announced the launch of its Phone (3a) series, scheduled for March 4, 2025. The series will include two models: the Phone (3a) and the Phone (3a) Pro. A significant highlight of these devices is the enhanced camera system, particularly the introduction of a periscope lens in the Pro variant.
The Nothing Phone (3a) Pro is set to feature a triple rear camera setup:
For selfies, the device will sport a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. All four cameras will support Ultra HDR, with the main and front cameras capable of recording 4K videos, featuring stabilization and enhanced night mode.
In contrast, the standard Phone (3a) will include a 2x zoom camera instead of the periscope lens.
Nothing has teased the camera design of the Phone (3a) Pro, showcasing a circular module housing the triple camera system. This design marks a departure from previous models, offering a fresh aesthetic.
Both models are expected to feature a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and an enhanced user experience.
Under the hood, the devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, delivering robust mid-range performance. A 5,000mAh battery will provide ample power for extended use. Additionally, the phones will come with an IP64 rating, offering resistance against dust and splashes.
As the March 4 launch date approaches, more detailed information is anticipated to emerge, shedding further light on the capabilities and features of the Nothing Phone (3a) series.
