UAE based cybersecurity startup Secure.com, founded by Pakistani entrepreneur Uzair Gadit, has raised USUS$4.5 million to accelerate the rollout of its AI powered Digital Security Teammates, autonomous agents designed to operate like security analysts inside an organisations existing tools and workflows.
The funding round marks a strong endorsement of agent based cybersecurity at a time when demand for automated defense solutions is rising across mid market and cloud first companies.
Secure.com’s Digital Security Teammates are designed to automate the work typically handled by entry level security analysts. Once deployed, these agents can triage alerts, investigate incidents, generate audit documentation, run compliance checks and provide summaries that explain each action taken.
The company highlights three major advantages:
Gadit says the goal is to give lean teams the same level of protection as enterprise security operations centers without the cost or complexity.
The investment comes during a surge in cyberattacks across the Middle East, prompting businesses to strengthen digital defenses. Secure.coms model appeals to organisations dealing with talent shortages, overwhelming alert volumes and the operational burden created by cloud expansion.
The company plans to expand beyond the UAE into Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States, focusing on mid sized firms, managed service providers, financial technology companies and regulated industries such as healthcare and finance.
AI based security is one of the fastest growing sectors worldwide, but many products target large enterprises with complex infrastructure. Secure.com positions itself differently, offering a lightweight, agent first platform designed to improve productivity without requiring customers to rebuild their entire security operations.
