Saudi Arabia Offers Fully Funded KAUST Internship for Pakistani Students with $1,000 Monthly Stipend

Pakistani students now have the chance to gain world-class research experience in Saudi Arabia, as King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) opens applications for its 2026 Visiting Student Research Program (VSRP). The fully funded internship offers a $1,000 monthly stipend, along with airfare, accommodation, health insurance, visa support, and access to cutting-edge research facilities.

The program is open to undergraduate students (3rd year or above) and master’s students in STEM fields, including computer science, engineering, energy studies, environmental science, and biological sciences.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Commitment to a 3–6 month internship

Selected students will receive mentorship from world-renowned faculty, gaining practical research exposure while enjoying full financial and professional support. Applications are accepted year-round, with shortlisted candidates typically notified within weeks.
