Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has approved the launch of an AI-based job portal and a digital complaint resolution system to connect persons with disabilities to employment opportunities and government support across the province.
The project, in collaboration with the Sukkur Institute of Business Administration, will offer:

Multilingual support: Sindhi, Urdu, and English
Direct link between the Sindh government and persons with disabilities
Facilitation of merit-based recruitment across provincial departments
The job portal is expected to go live by May 2026, while the complaint resolution system will launch in July 2026.
The initiative is aligned with the Sindh Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act 2018, which mandates:
A 5% employment quota in government departments
Creation of support systems and a central disability database
Standardized disability certification mechanisms
Chief Minister Shah highlighted that the initiative aims to enhance employment and social inclusion for persons with disabilities throughout the province.
