Supernet Signs UAE Deal to Expand Maritime Connectivity

Supernet Limited has announced a strategic partnership through its UAE based subsidiary to enter global maritime connectivity and digital infrastructure markets, according to a disclosure made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

In a notice to PSX, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Phoenix Global FZE, has signed a Joint Collaboration Agreement with UAE-based Athena Telecommunications Equipment Trading Company. The agreement became effective on December 9, 2025.

Under the collaboration, the two companies will jointly promote and deliver maritime connectivity, safety, security, earth observation, Internet of Things, and related digital infrastructure solutions across regional and international markets.

Supernet said the agreement will initially remain in force for three years, with the option to extend by mutual consent. The partnership enables Supernet to enter the rapidly expanding global maritime connectivity sector by combining Athena Telecom’s technical expertise with Supernet’s commercial and market reach.

“The collaboration positions Supernet to tap into new international growth opportunities in advanced connectivity and digital infrastructure,” the company said in its PSX filing.

Supernet clarified that the immediate financial impact of the agreement cannot be determined at this stage, as revenues will depend on projects secured under the partnership.
