Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro Set for Joint Launch

A new rumor from China suggests that both the GT 8 and GT 8 Pro will debut together in October. The GT 8 Pro might be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. Qualcomm is expected to launch it in September. This upcoming chip will likely boost performance and efficiency for Realme’s flagship device.

Moreover, the GT 8 Pro may offer high-end screen and battery specs. It could feature a periscope telephoto camera as well. A previous leak claimed the phone will have a 2K resolution screen and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. Its battery is rumored to be over 7,000 mAh, with 100W fast wired charging support.

In the camera department, the GT 8 Pro may include a 200 MP periscope lens. This would position the phone as a strong contender in mobile photography. Overall, the Realme GT 8 Pro seems like a solid upgrade over its predecessor. As October nears, more leaks are expected to reveal further details.
