Google is widening the reach of its AI-powered video creation tool, Flow, bringing it to a much larger audience. The product, which debuted in May, was first limited to Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers. Now, users on Business, Enterprise, and Education Workspace plans can also use it.
This move signals Google’s growing push to place generative video tools inside everyday work software. As more companies test AI for marketing, training, and content production, access inside Workspace makes Flow far more practical.
At its core, Flow runs on Google’s Veo 3.1 video generation model. The system creates eight-second video clips using simple text prompts or images. Users can then join these clips to build longer scenes.
In addition, Flow includes tools that let creators fine-tune their output. You can change the lighting, adjust the camera angle, and add or remove objects within a scene. Earlier this week, Google also introduced vertical video support, making the tool more useful for mobile-first platforms.
Audio features have been expanding as well. Late last year, Google added sound generation to more parts of Flow. Now, audio can be created when you use reference images, request scene transitions, or extend existing clips.
The company has also connected its AI image tool, Nano Banana Pro, directly to Flow. This integration allows users to design characters or visual starting points before turning them into a video.
With broader availability and steady feature updates, Flow is becoming a more complete option for teams that want fast, AI-driven video production inside Google’s ecosystem.
