The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a special mobile registration facility for Pakistani nationals residing in the United Arab Emirates, aiming to make identity services more accessible for overseas citizens.
According to an official statement, NADRA’s Mobile Registration Team, in coordination with the Pakistan Consulate, will visit Ras Al Khaimah to provide on-site services to the Pakistani community.
The mobile registration camp will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pakistan Center in Ras Al Khaimah.
During the visit, Pakistani citizens will be able to apply for new identification documents, renew existing ID cards, and request modifications or corrections. The initiative is part of NADRA’s broader effort to facilitate overseas Pakistanis by bringing services closer to their place of residence.
In addition to the mobile camp, NADRA has encouraged overseas Pakistanis to use the Pak ID mobile application for services such as applying for a NICOP, renewals, or data updates. Officials noted that the app enables citizens to complete the entire process online without standing in queues.
Applicants may also visit Pakistani consulates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for assistance, or approach NADRA offices when traveling to Pakistan.
Earlier, NADRA introduced a new online identity verification platform, “Nishan-e-Pakistan,” designed to modernize and digitize the verification process. The system allows government institutions and regulated private organizations to access secure, authenticated services through a unified digital portal.
Officials say these combined initiatives reflect NADRA’s commitment to improving service delivery, reducing paperwork, and simplifying procedures for Pakistanis living abroad.
