Last week, reports emerged that the Pakistan Cricket Board plans to introduce digital ticketing for VIP and Premium enclosures during PSL 11 to make stadium entry faster and smoother.
Sources said that for selected matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, fans may use digital tickets, allowing them to enter stadiums quickly while avoiding long queues and unnecessary waiting at the gates.
Soon after the Pakistan Cricket Board launched ticket sales, users reported major problems on the website, raising concerns about access, transparency, and the overall ticketing process.
Reports indicate that VIP enclosures at the Iqbal Stadium are missing, while many general ticket options are also unavailable, leaving fans frustrated and uncertain about their match access.
Similar issues have appeared for Multan Cricket Stadium and National Bank Stadium, where no enclosures are currently listed, causing further confusion about ticket availability for scheduled matches.
Fans also reported missing enclosure listings for Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, compounding uncertainty and highlighting inconsistencies in ticket availability across multiple venues during the ongoing ticket sales.
Additionally, the website shows general ticket prices that do not match the official tournament rates, raising concerns among fans about potential pricing errors and misleading information.
