Vivo is moving closer to unveiling its next flagship, and the picture is now almost complete. Just days before launch, the company has confirmed most of the key details around the upcoming X300 Ultra, offering a clear look at what users can expect. The device will arrive alongside the vivo X300s and the vivo Pad6 Pro, positioning itself as the top-tier option in the lineup.
New information comes directly from Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, who shared updates on Weibo. The X300 Ultra will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will also feature a flat display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This combination should deliver sharp visuals and smooth performance.
Charging speeds remain a major highlight. The phone supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Vivo has not confirmed the battery size yet. However, reports suggest a large 6,600mAh battery.
Even with these upgrades, Vivo has kept the design slim. The X300 Ultra measures just 8.19mm in thickness. This makes it impressive for a device with a large battery and an advanced camera system.
On the camera side, Vivo is focusing heavily on imaging. The phone will include a 200MP primary camera. It will also feature a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultrawide camera. These specs point to strong zoom and detail capabilities.
In addition, the company promises improvements in color science and sound quality. The device will include a new haptic feedback motor for better touch response. It will also support two new teleconverter lenses, which should enhance zoom flexibility.
The Vivo X300 Ultra will launch in three color options. Moreover, Vivo plans to release the device in global markets, expanding its reach beyond China.
