The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has introduced a new sales tax payment service at its 15 e-Khidmat Markaz centres, making tax submission easier for all businesses.
Business owners and service providers across Punjab can now pay their sales taxes through a secure and streamlined process available at all designated e-Khidmat centres.
The Punjab Information Technology Board announced this expansion as part of its continued effort to broaden the public services offered under one roof.
According to PITB, all 15 operational e-Khidmat Markaz centres now provide this service in a simple, safe, and organised manner for businesses and service providers.
The service is designed to save time and ensure easy, reliable tax payments, with trained staff available to guide citizens through every stage of the entire process.
Citizens can access the sales tax payment service from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, at any of the 15 designated e-Khidmat Markaz locations across Punjab.
Further details about the service can be found on the official PITB website, while citizens needing direct assistance may contact the dedicated helpline at 1317 for support.
Earlier this month, PITB also announced a new examination fee payment service at e-Khidmat for candidates appearing in Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) exams.
The PPSC fee payment service allows students to complete their payments through a transparent and efficient process available at e-Khidmat Markaz centres throughout the province.
PITB confirmed this marks the first time PPSC examination fee payments have been formally included in the official portfolio of citizen services offered through e-Khidmat Markaz.
