The Inter-Board Coordination Commission (IBCC) has launched IBCC ePay, a digital payment platform allowing applicants worldwide to pay equivalence service fees online using Visa and MasterCard.
The platform is designed to serve overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign applicants, eliminating the need for physical banking arrangements.
It forms part of the broader digital transformation agenda of the IBCC, aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in public service delivery.
Speaking at the launch, IBCC Executive Director Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah said the initiative was introduced under directives from the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
He acknowledged the guidance of the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training and the Federal Secretary Education in making the platform possible.
Dr Mallah added that the system was developed entirely in-house by the IBCC team.
