Vivo launched the Y31 in September last year. The company is now reportedly working on the Y31T. An image allegedly showing the phone’s rear design has also surfaced online. The Vivo Y31T is expected to feature a 6.75-inch LCD display. The panel will reportedly offer HD+ resolution and up to 1,250 nits of peak brightness. The phone is said to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with UFS 2.2 storage.
According to the report, vivo will offer the Y31T in three memory options. These include 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage. Battery life could be one of the phone’s biggest highlights. The Y31T is expected to pack a large 7,200mAh battery. It will also support 44W fast charging for quicker top-ups.
For photography, the phone is said to feature a 50MP main camera on the back. It will also have a 2MP decorative sensor, although its exact purpose remains unclear. An 8MP camera will reportedly handle selfies.
The Y31T is expected to measure 8.39mm in thickness. It will also carry IP66 and IP68 ratings for protection against dust and water. The phone is reportedly coming in crimson red, gold mist, and seashore green.
The Y31T could compete directly with the Oppo A6 5G. Its expected price may sit around $282. Compared with the Y31, the new model offers a larger and brighter display. It also brings a significantly larger battery.
