The Balochistan government has announced fully funded PhD scholarships abroad for students from the province under the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF). The program will support 10 deserving and talented students each year to pursue doctoral studies at recognized international universities.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti said the initiative aims to expand access to higher education and research opportunities for Balochistan’s youth. He added that the government wants local students to gain greater representation in leading international academic and research institutions.
The scholarships are part of the provincial government’s broader efforts to promote education, awareness, and development. However, details regarding application deadlines, eligibility criteria, participating universities, and the expenses covered have not yet been announced.
