A woman has approached police after reporting that 80 tolas of gold, worth millions of rupees, went missing from her locker at the Allied Bank Limited in Multan.
According to the complainant, she visited the bank a few days ago to check her locker but found that its key was not working. She returned on Monday, and when the locker was opened, it was empty.
She alleged that the bank manager left the premises after the gold was found missing. She has asked police to take action over the disappearance of the gold.
Police have launched an investigation to determine how the gold went missing from the locker.
