Xbox recently unveiled an incredibly bizarre piece of gaming hardware. The company officially announced the one-of-a-kind Xbox Series X-Bite. Interestingly, developers built this fully functional Xbox Series X console directly into a mounted alligator statue. Consequently, Xbox created this console to celebrate the highly anticipated launch of Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6 later this month. Fans can currently enter a sweepstakes across official social media channels to win the device.
A Unique Alligator Console from Xbox for GTA 6
Xbox shared the official reveal trailer on its Twitter account. The video heavily features flickering police lights and retro synth-pop music. Furthermore, the alligator design directly references Leonida. Rockstar explicitly modeled this fictional state after Florida. Therefore, the promotional connection to the upcoming game remains incredibly clear. Gamers have waited 13 years for this massive franchise entry. Meanwhile, Rockstar recently transformed the real city of Miami into Vice City for marketing purposes. Now, Xbox wants to join these massive celebrations. Consequently, one lucky winner will take home this strange system. Fans must enter the giveaway on the official Xbox Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok accounts before November 10.

Alligators firmly stand as a core identity marker for the upcoming game. Previously, the official reveal trailer showcased in-game CCTV footage of a gator casually entering a convenience store. Additionally, developers prominently placed an alligator on the official cover art. Furthermore, the official Collector’s Box includes a figure of Macca the Gator. This specific character serves as the mascot for a television show on the fictional Weazel Network in Leonida.
A History of Strange Hardware
Xbox frequently gives away incredibly strange hardware to celebrate major releases. Previously, the company designed a unique system for the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie. That specific console notably featured completely fuzzy Xbox controllers. More recently, Xbox attached a massive totem to a console base to celebrate the launch of Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2.
Currently, experts predict the November 19 launch of GTA 6 will cause a $1 billion hit to the United States economy. Countless workers plan to take time off just to play the game. Ultimately, this wild alligator console provides the perfect hardware for one lucky fan to experience the historic release.
