LAHORE: The 'Maryam Ke Dastak' initiative, which provides more than 70 government services, has been extended to 40 districts across the province as per the instruction of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. This was revealed on Monday during a meeting to monitor progress that was chaired by Faisal Yousaf, chairman of the PITB. Maryam Ke Dastak is a government service that provides e-stamping, copies of police reports, birth certificates, learner's licenses, and domicile certificates using the PITB-developed 'Dastak Doorstep Delivery App' and web page. These services can now be conveniently delivered to citizens' homes, making it easier for everyone—particularly working professionals, the elderly, and women—to access government services without leaving the comfort of their own homes. "The Maryam Ke Dastak initiative aims to improve service delivery through trained representatives, providing a more efficient and citizen-friendly experience," Chairman Faisal Yousaf said at the event.
