Businesses will now be required to pay 100,000 for this category's electronic and manual submissions combined. The modifications also influence requests for confirmations, exemptions, or permissions from the SECP or registrar. Careful documentation is essential because a non-refundable processing fee is required. Additionally, the registration process will become more expensive for startups and small firms as a result of these fee increases. The SECP, on the other hand, claims that the updates would make services better and more efficient.
