"how much do we lack in technological advancement. The world got it back in 2011, almost 15 years ago. Our nearest neighbor, India, got it back in 2017, almost 8 years ago and we are getting it now..." wrote a user. Another pointed out that many point-of-sale (POS) terminals in Pakistan do not support Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, limiting the utility of contactless payment features. "Most POS don't support NFC / Tap and Pay services, so what's the point of having Google Wallet?"
