By 9:15 PM on March 1, Microsoft had received over 9,000 outage reports related to Outlook, with users in London and Manchester being among the most affected. Nearly 50% of these reports pointed to login issues. By 3:30 PM ET, the outage had significantly impacted Microsoft’s core services. "Everything is up and running," Microsoft stated on its service health update page. "It confirmed that service was restored," the corporation stated in a Microsoft 365 Status report published on X. The company has yet to provide a response to requests for comment.
