The delay may be linked to a last-minute product change. Reports claim Samsung dropped the Galaxy S26 Edge close to launch. The company reportedly decided to replace it with the Galaxy S26+. This switch may have forced Samsung to adjust its launch plans. Samsung is expected to launch three phones in the lineup. These include the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Pricing, however, may rise in some regions. A recent report suggests the Galaxy S26 could cost KRW 44,000 ($30) to KRW 88,000 ($60) more than the Galaxy S25. That increase may not apply everywhere.
