Baseus Unveils Worlds First Power Bank With Built In 4g Hotspot

Baseus, a Chinese consumer electronics brand based in Shenzen, has officially introduced the EnerGeek GX11, the world’s first power bank with a built-in 4G hotspot. The hybrid device packs 20,000 mAh of power and 67 W fast charging, making it ideal for travelers, remote workers, and mobile professionals.

Power + Internet in One Device

The EnerGeek GX11 features CloudSIM technology by uCloudlink. It automatically connects to premium local networks in 150+ countries, without needing a physical SIM card. It supports 13 global 4G bands and works with major networks like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

It delivers up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speeds. Users can connect up to 10 devices at once, turning the power bank into a portable WiFi hub. Baseus also provides 1 GB of free global data per month for 12 months, with more data available through flexible plans on the Baseus MiFi app.

67 W Fast Charging for Multiple Devices

Besides connectivity, the EnerGeek GX11 performs like a high-end charger. It supports USB-C PD and USB-A QC protocols with 67 W peak output. It can charge laptops, phones, and accessories simultaneously:

  • Single USB-C: up to 67 W
  • Dual mode: 45 W + 22.5 W
  • Triple mode: 18 W + 18 W + 12 W

In hotspot-only mode, the power bank runs for up to 114 hours. It also comes with a detachable braided USB-C cable that doubles as a lanyard, making it easy to carry on the go.

Global Recognition & Pricing

The device has already received CES Innovation Award 2025 and IFA Innovation Award 2025 for its unique 2-in-1 design.

The official launch price is USD 129.99, which roughly converts to PKR 36,000–38,000 (depending on the exchange rate). Sources report that in the US, the price may reach up to USD 150 (~PKR 43,000) depending on the region.

Availability in Pakistan

Baseus has not confirmed a Pakistan launch date yet. However, the brand already has a strong retail and e-commerce presence in the country, so the EnerGeek GX11 is expected to hit the local market soon after its global rollout.

Soyrces note that U.S. availability is expected by December 22, suggesting a possible early 2026 arrival in Pakistan, either through official channels or parallel imports.

A New Category of Tech

The EnerGeek GX11 bridges the gap between portable power banks and mobile WiFi devices. As remote work and travel continue to grow, such hybrid devices are becoming increasingly relevant. Travelers, freelancers, and tech enthusiasts may find this a powerful all-in-one solution for connectivity and charging on the go.
