Prominent businesswoman and Bonanza Satrangi CEO Maryam Hanif Balwani recently received a formal legal notice. This action stems from an allegedly derogatory and inflammatory social media post regarding the late Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. Recently, US-Israeli attacks resulted in Khamenei’s assassination. Consequently, the entire Muslim world is currently mourning the loss of a figure regarded as one of Islamic history’s greatest leaders.
Senior lawyer Shahryar Dilshad of Haider Law Associates sent the legal notice. He issued this document on behalf of Bilawal Hussain Baloch, a resident of Karachi. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Balwani shared a post on her social media account describing the Iranian Supreme Leader as an “enemy of Islam”.
Bonanza Satrangi Issues Official Denial
Following intense public scrutiny, Bonanza Satrangi issued an official statement on March 3, 2026. The clothing brand firmly denied the allegations.
The company claimed that a female was falsely impersonating the CEO in the viral screenshots. The statement clarified that this alleged imposter has absolutely no legal, professional, or contractual association with the organization. Furthermore, Bonanza Satrangi completely disassociated itself from the divisive remarks. The company stated that they have officially reported the account to the authorities. Finally, they urged the public to rely strictly on verified channels and reiterated their deep respect for all religious sentiments.
Public Rejects the “Imposter” Narrative
Despite the official press release, the internet refuses to accept the “imposter” narrative. Netizens are actively rejecting the company’s defense, and digital evidence heavily contradicts the brand’s claims.
Internet archives uncovered by TechJuice revealed a direct familial link. Specifically, Hanif Bilwani, the current CEO of Bonanza Satrangi, is actually the father of Maryam Hanif Bilwani. Furthermore, records showed that both individuals served as CEOs of Bonanza Satrangi before this unfortunate development.
However, a massive digital cover-up is currently underway. The internet archives have now been wiped completely clean. Simultaneously, Maryam Hanif Bilwani has deleted all of her social media accounts. Social media users on platforms like X quickly spotted these discrepancies. Notably, the alleged imposter deleted her Facebook profile immediately after seeing the backlash. Consequently, some netizens have bluntly labeled the imposter story as “plain bullshit”. People are also arguing that the brand is actively trying to fool the masses. According to some speculations, the woman making the posts might actually be the owner’s wife or daughter. People are also claiming that the owner simply threw a family member under the bus to save the business.
