Capital Smart Motors (CSM) has made a major move in Pakistan’s auto market by launching six new electric vehicles (EVs), marking one of the largest EV introductions by a single company in the country. The lineup featuring models from Zeekr, Forthing, JMEV, and Riddara aims to meet the growing demand for sustainable mobility across various price segments.
With rising fuel prices and increased focus on clean energy, Pakistan’s EV market has gained momentum. CSM’s entry adds significant competition for brands like MG, BYD, and Hyundai, offering premium to mid-range electric options to local buyers.
CSM’s newly introduced models include Zeekr 009, Zeekr X, Zeekr 7X, Forthing Friday, JMEV Elight, and Riddara RD6, marking one of the country’s biggest single-day EV rollouts.
Zeekr 009
The Zeekr 009 comes in two variants Luxury (7-seater) priced at Rs. 45,999,000 and Ultra-Luxury (6-seater) at Rs. 48,999,000, offering a high-end experience with futuristic design and long-range capability.
Zeekr X
The compact Zeekr X offers X Premium at Rs. 17,990,000 and X Flagship AWD at Rs. 18,990,000, featuring sporty performance and modern tech features.
Zeekr 7X
The Zeekr 7X lineup includes Long Range at Rs. 24,990,000 and Performance at Rs. 26,990,000, catering to drivers seeking both efficiency and power.
Forthing Friday
This stylish crossover, Forthing Friday, is available in Luxury (Rs. 8,999,000), Exclusive (Rs. 10,499,000), and REEV (Rs. 10,999,000) variants combining practicality with smart connectivity features.
JMEV Elight
The JMEV Elight is designed for urban users, available in Comfort at Rs. 8,499,000 and Premium at Rs. 9,999,000 promising affordability with modern styling.
Riddara RD6
Lastly, the Riddara RD6 electric pickup is launched in Econ (4WD) at Rs. 13,299,000, Air (2WD) at Rs. 14,699,000, and Pro (4WD) at Rs. 16,999,000, ideal for both business and personal use.
“Our goal is to revolutionize Pakistan’s auto market by introducing diverse electric models that fit every lifestyle,” a CSM spokesperson said during the launch.
With this major rollout, Capital Smart Motors has positioned itself as a leading player in Pakistan’s growing EV market, aligning with the government’s clean energy and green mobility goals.
