These NEVs are part of Chery Automobile Co. Ltd.’s export-focused brands—Omoda and Jaecoo—which specialize in producing battery electric vehicles (BEVs), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs). According to local media sources, Nishat Group’s initiative is expected to bring these innovative models (reportedly as early as this month) to Pakistan, marking a significant milestone in the country’s EV journey.
