Dgip Denies Changes To Pakistan Passport Design

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) has strongly refuted social media rumors suggesting design changes to the Pakistan passport. In an official statement, the DGIP clarified that the images circulating online showing altered front covers of the national passport are fake and misleading.

According to the department, no modifications have been made to the Pakistan passport apart from a few updates to enhance security features. The DGIP emphasized that the existing design remains unchanged and urged citizens not to believe or share unverified content on social media.

Authorities have taken serious notice of the matter and announced legal action against individuals or groups responsible for spreading false information regarding the Pakistan passport.

The DGIP reiterated its commitment to maintaining the integrity and global credibility of the Pakistani passport, stressing that official announcements about any updates or design changes would be communicated only through verified government channels.
