Ducky Bhai Regains Access to Frozen Bank Accounts in Gambling App Case

Published by

A judicial magistrate has officially restored the frozen bank accounts of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai. The court issued this order during an ongoing case regarding his alleged promotion of gambling applications on social media.

Saad ur Rehman appeared in court alongside his wife, Aroob Jatoi, and his legal counsel. During the proceedings, Magistrate Naeem Wattoo granted the content creator access to his financial accounts. Furthermore, the court gave Saad ur Rehman limited permission to resume uploading videos to his YouTube channel.

However, the magistrate imposed a strict condition. Saad ur Rehman must not discuss the ongoing legal proceedings in any of his future videos.

Previously, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) flagged 27 specific videos on the “Ducky Bhai” YouTube channel. Interestingly, the magistrate directed Saad ur Rehman not to delete these videos at this current stage.

During the hearing, an NCCIA technical witness provided testimony. Meanwhile, the agency’s prosecutor failed to appear in court. Consequently, the magistrate adjourned the hearing until March 11.

Authorities initially arrested Ducky Bhai in August 2025. Later, the Lahore High Court granted him bail on November 24, 2025. Following his release, Saad ur Rehman leveled serious allegations against the NCCIA. He explicitly accused agency officials of subjecting him to physical torture and humiliation during his custody.
