Explosion near Arfa Technology Park, Lahore

A huge explosion has happened right in front of Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. According to media reports, 19 people have been wounded and 3 people are dead. The nature of the blast has now been determined to be a “suicide attack”. It should be noted here that the blast was near the Arfa Technology Park and people inside the building are being reported as safe. However, an employee at the IT Park, Mr. Khurram Nazir, lost his life in the blast.

Arfa Software Technology Park is the hub of IT business in Lahore and is based at Ferozpur Road, Model Town, Lahore.
