Sahibzada Farhan scored a magnificent century for Pakistan in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2026 against Namibia at the Sinhalese Sports Club Cricket Ground in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The right-handed batter reached 100 runs off 58 balls, hitting 11 fours and four sixes to propel the Men in Green to a formidable total of 200 in their final group crucial match.

With this innings, Farhan became the third batter to score a century in the ongoing tournament, joining Sri Lanka’s Pathum Nissanka and Canada’s Yuvraj Samra on the elite list.

He also became only the second Pakistani to hit a T20 World Cup century, following Ahmed Shahzad, who scored a hundred against Bangladesh in the 2014 edition of the tournament.

The stylish batter now tops the tournament run-scorers list with 220 runs in four innings, averaging 73.33 at a strike rate of 164.17, including a century and a fifty in the event.

Pakistan began cautiously, scoring 47 runs in the Powerplay as Namibia bowled tight lines, but Farhan and Salman Agha quickly accelerated the scoring with aggressive shots.

Despite the early dismissal of opening batter Saim Ayub, Farhan anchored the innings while Agha contributed a quick 38 off 23 balls before falling, keeping Pakistan firmly in command.

Khawaja Nafay and Shadab Khan rotated through the crease as Pakistan adjusted their middle order, with Babar Azam temporarily dropped down to ensure tactical flexibility in the innings.

Shadab Khan added 36 runs off 22 balls, including one four and three sixes, while Khawaja Nafay contributed five, guiding Pakistan to a competitive 199 for three at the end of innings.
