Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced that its 238th Board of Directors meeting will be held on December 24, 2025, to consider matters other than financial results. The company has also declared a closed period ahead of the meeting, according to a formal notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
In its notification, FFC informed that the board meeting is scheduled to take place at 10:30 am in Rawalpindi. The company clarified that the agenda will focus on business matters excluding financial results, and any material information emerging from the meeting will be shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange in due course.
FFC has declared a closed period from December 18 to December 24, 2025, in line with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book. During this period, no director, chief executive or executive of the company will be allowed to trade in FFC shares, either directly or indirectly.
The announcement reflects standard regulatory compliance required for listed companies ahead of board meetings that may involve price-sensitive information. Such closed periods are imposed to ensure transparency and prevent insider trading in the stock market.
FFC said trading right entitlement certificate holders have also been informed accordingly. Investors are expected to closely watch any disclosures following the board meeting for updates on the company’s business direction.
