The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has booked Capital Development Authority (CDA) officials, including a former Director of Land, for allegedly allotting plots in Sector I-12/4 on the basis of forged files.
According to media reports, the case was registered by the Corporate Crime Circle of the agency in the federal capital.
Former Director of Land Irfanullah and Sidra Anwar, along with other officers, have been named as accused. They face charges of forgery, abuse of authority and fraud.
The case alleges that the accused conspired to issue illegal allotments in place of an affected individual, Aslam. The FIA said the roles of the former Member Estates and an Assistant Director will also be examined during the investigation.
