Google has introduced a new version of the Google Pixel 10a in Japan. The company has launched it in a special “Isai Blue” color. This version celebrates the Pixel’s 10th anniversary and is only available in the Japanese market.
This new color is more than just a design change. Google worked with Heralbony to create something unique. As a result, the phone comes in a special box. It features artwork by Midori Kudo, which gives it a different look.
The box also includes extra items. Buyers will get a custom blue bumper case. In addition, there is a set of stickers. These stickers show artwork by Nozomi Fujita, making the package more creative.
At the same time, Google has added new software themes. These include “Shigaku Mizukami Edition,” “Midori Kudo Edition,” and “Kaoru Iga Edition.” In total, there are nine designs. Each design offers different wallpapers and app icons.
The Isai Blue version is now available for pre-order in Japan. It is priced at JPY 94,900 ($590) for the 256GB variant. Sales will start on May 20. However, other colors will be available earlier on April 14.
In terms of specs, the Pixel 10a remains the same. It features a 6.3-inch OLED display and runs on the Tensor G4 chipset. The phone has a dual rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor. It also includes a 5,100mAh battery for everyday use.
