Government Sets New Office Schedule for Ramadan 2025

Islamabad: The federal government has released the official working hours for public sector offices during the holy month of Ramadan. The revised schedule is designed to accommodate employees observing the month while ensuring the continuity of government operations.

Revised Work Schedules

For offices following a five-day work week:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

For offices operating on a six-day work week:

• Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Government officials have underscored the significance of maintaining efficiency while adapting to the new schedule. Public sector employees are encouraged to plan their work accordingly to ensure smooth service delivery throughout the month.
