Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Edition Launch Date and Design Revealed
Honor is set to unveil its premium Magic 8 RSR Porsche Edition on January 19 in China, alongside the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air. The company has revealed the phone’s sleek design and color options and shared a teaser video showcasing the device from every angle. This edition drops the hexagonal camera design seen on the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition, featuring a redesigned triple rear camera setup. Buyers can choose between Moonlight Stone and Slate Grey finishes when the phone launches.
According to the source, the Magic 8 RSR Porsche Edition will include a 6.71-inch LTPO display with 1.5K resolution, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It houses a massive 7,200 mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 80W wireless charging.
Photography features are impressive, with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3.7x optical zoom. A 50MP selfie camera is also expected.
The device could come with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Additional features reportedly include IP69K water resistance, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, satellite communication support, and a dedicated camera button.
