The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has introduced the Ehsaas Fuel Support Program, offering Rs2,000 monthly assistance to registered motorcycle and scooter owners beginning April 6.
Chief Minister Sohail Afridi announced the scheme under provincial directives, stating that financial relief will target low-income groups affected by inflation across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligibility requires the motorcycle or scooter to be registered in the applicant name, with completed ownership transfer; vehicles registered under another person’s name are excluded.
Applications must be submitted through the Dastak App, available on Play Store and App Store, requiring account creation before entering vehicle registration and chassis details.
Applicants must provide full personal information including name, father’s name, CNIC number, registered mobile number, complete address, and district selection during the digital application process.
Required documents include CNIC front and back, registration book or smart card, clear vehicle photograph, and transfer verification signed by both seller and buyer.
Applications will undergo verification through e-Sahulat, with final approval granted by the Excise and Taxation Office following document checks and ownership confirmation procedures.
Authorities confirmed that incorrect information or incomplete ownership transfer will result in rejection, with applicants notified of approval or denial following official verification procedures.
Citizens seeking guidance or further information regarding the Ehsaas Fuel Support Program can contact provincial helplines at 091-9212260 and 091-9211693 during office hours.
