Infinix Note Edge Promo Image Leak Reveals Key Specifications
Infinix appears to be preparing its next midrange push with a new smartphone called the Note Edge, expected to launch in January. A source on X suggests the device will focus on display quality, battery life, and long-term software support, signaling a more ambitious strategy from the brand.
According to the leak, the Infinix Note Edge features a 3D curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The phone reportedly packs a large 6,500 mAh battery, aimed at users who prioritize endurance. These upgrades place the Note Edge closer to premium territory within Infinix’s lineup.
The device is said to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 chipset. Infinix is also promising three major Android OS updates and five years of security patches. This commitment stands out in its price segment and aligns with growing consumer expectations for longer software support.
The Dimensity 7100 succeeds the Dimensity 7050 and brings notable performance gains. It uses an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores clocked up to 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores reaching 2GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G610 GPU. The chip supports LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and camera sensors up to 200MP. It also enables display resolutions up to 1200×2600, along with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and full 5G connectivity.
