The Interior Ministry has firmly denied reports claiming that Pakistani nationals are being specifically targeted for deportation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by authorities.
The ministry described the circulating reports as baseless, calling them a deliberate campaign of negative propaganda aimed at misleading the Pakistani public about conditions abroad.
Officials confirmed that no Pakistani citizen is being deported from the UAE or any other country on the basis of targeted or discriminatory policies by host governments.
Where deportations do occur, the ministry stated, they follow standard legal procedures related to expired visas, violations of host country laws, or irregular documentation issues.
The ministry added that Pakistani citizens continue to travel freely to the UAE and other friendly nations, and that work visas are being issued to Pakistanis without any restrictions.
Authorities stated that content spreading these claims on social media platforms is fabricated and driven by malicious intent to create a false and damaging public impression.
The ministry confirmed that any individual case involving a Pakistani citizen abroad is addressed through formal diplomatic channels on a case-by-case basis with the relevant country.
