Is The Kia Ev9 Headed To Pakistan Lucky Motors Drops A Teaser

Kia Lucky Motors started selling electric vehicles in Pakistan last October when they launched the Kia EV5, their first model in the country’s expanding EV market. The launch featured two versions: the EV5 AIR for shorter distances and the EV5 EARTH for longer distances. The company is preparing for another important event.

On January 17th, Kia Lucky Motors hinted at an important statement and told everyone to “stay tuned.” This mysterious hint got fans and industry experts excited. Soon after, the company repeated its message, sparking even more interest.

Sources indicate that Kia is reportedly preparing to launch its highly anticipated EV9 electric SUV in the Pakistani market. While Kia has released limited information, including details about the EV9’s international specifications, key facts such as the release date, pricing, and certain features remain undisclosed.

Although there may be some variations in the Pakistani model, the global specifications of the EV9 provide a good overview of its exterior and interior design, along with its advanced technology features.

Features of Kia EV9

Let’s have a look at the amazing features of Kia EV9.

Safety Features

The vehicle is equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), including forward collision warning, lane-keeping assistance, and adaptive cruise control. It also features blind-spot monitoring, automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and a hands-free driving mode.

Standard safety features include lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control with hands-free driving capabilities.

Performance and Power

The 2025 Kia EV9 offers two powertrain options: a single-motor RWD with 215 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, featuring a 76.1-kWh battery and a range of 230 miles. For greater range, the “Light Long Range” model uses a 99.8-kWh battery, reducing power to 201 horsepower but increasing the range to 304 miles on a single charge.

Interior

The vehicle features a 12.3-inch curved panoramic display that combines both the digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen, offering an intuitive interface with seamless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. Voice recognition commands provide hands-free control, while Over-the-Air (OTA) updates keep the system current.

Advanced climate control, including heated and ventilated seats, complements the premium audio system for an immersive experience, and various storage options enhance practicality.

Exterior

The vehicle features a striking, futuristic exterior that distinguishes it from conventional SUVs. At the forefront, Kia’s signature “Digital Tiger Face” grille stands out, with a sleek, illuminated pattern that reflects the EV9’s electric powertrain.

The sharp, narrow headlights emphasize the vehicle’s width, adding to its dominant presence on the road. The rear is defined by a wide, horizontal light bar that spans the full width, amplifying the vehicle’s visual appeal. An integrated spoiler and diffuser not only enhance the vehicle’s aerodynamics but also bolster its sporty aesthetics.

What to Expect from the Kia EV9 GT Variant

The strongest form of the Kia EV9 is the GT. It will be released in 2026 and is quicker and more fun to drive than the other types. Two strong motors provide the EV9 GT its rapid acceleration. Kia claims it can reach 60 miles per hour in 4.3 seconds, but it may be even quicker.
