VALORANT has officially teamed up with global girl group KATSEYE for the Game Changers Championship 2025. The collaboration centres on a brand-new version of the group’s track M.I.A, which serves as the official anthem. The cinematic featuring the song premieres today, November 11.
KATSEYE first teased the collaboration through a short video on X. The clip showed members wearing official Game Changers Championship 2025 merch, holding the Wingman plushie, and performing parts of the new M.I.A version. A preview of the track, titled “M.I.A (VALORANT Game Changers Version) (Preview)”, was released on YouTube on November 7.
VALORANT later confirmed the cinematic on X with the caption “Feel the pressure, they’re go getters”. Fans quickly connected the dots. KATSEYE News also highlighted the teaser, noting the phrase “kiss kiss, goodnight | 11:11”, hinting at today’s premiere.
KATSEYE consists of Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae. The group formed through the 2023 reality competition series Dream Academy. They debuted in June last year with “Debut” and later gained traction with their single “Touch“.
The members come from the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland, and the US, giving the group a strong global identity focused on representation. Fans emphasise how fitting this partnership is, especially since VALORANT Game Changers also spotlights women in esports.
The VALORANT Game Changers circuit was created by Riot Games to support women in competitive play. The ecosystem includes regional leagues across EMEA, Americas, and Asia Pacific, leading to the annual Game Changers Championship.
This year’s championship will take place at LoL Park in Seoul from November 20 to 30, 2025. Ten top teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket, including the inaugural champions G2 Esports and two-time winners Shopify Rebellion Gold.
Fans can also expect dedicated merch, a special showmatch, and in-game drops for tuning into the event.
