The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has announced the KP Women Digital Internship Program 2025–26. This six-month paid internship will give women hands-on experience in technology and digital fields, along with a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000.

The internship is open to fresh graduates and those who have completed their studies in the last three years, holding a domicile of KP or its merged districts. Selected candidates will be placed with IT Park companies across the province, as well as at KPITB headquarters and the Digital Transformation Unit. Applicants from software houses are required to have a master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related ICT fields.
Participants will gain direct exposure to industry work, including mentoring from experienced professionals. The program focuses on preparing women for careers in the digital economy by helping them develop technical skills and understand professional work environments. KPITB officials say this initiative is part of a broader effort to increase women’s representation in technology-related jobs across the province.
