Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi inaugurated a new NADRA registration centre in Dargai, Malakand, enhancing access to essential citizen services for local residents. The modern facility, equipped with multiple counters for CNIC, passport, and family registration services, aims to simplify government processes and reduce travel time for nearby communities.
The new centre, located on Dir Malakand Road, includes five counters for male applicants, three for female applicants, and a dedicated passport counter. Citizens can now conveniently access services including B-Forms, CNICs, NICOPs, succession certificates, and family registration certificates.
Governor Kundi emphasized, “This modern NADRA centre is part of our commitment to bring government services closer to citizens, making them more accessible and efficient.”
Additionally, NADRA has introduced a Pak-ID mobile app feature, allowing citizens to apply for divorce certificates through their Union Councils, further promoting digital governance in the province.
The new centre will serve residents of Kharkai, Dargai, Qaldarah, Wartair, Sakhakot, Badarga, Haryankot, Hero Shah, Kot Manzrai Baba, Khanori, Totai, Kalu Shah, and Baizu Kharkai (Mardan), ensuring easier and faster access to vital documentation without traveling long distances to central offices.
NADRA has been expanding its digital and physical infrastructure across Pakistan to improve citizen access to identification and civil registration services. This initiative aligns with KP’s broader efforts to promote e-governance and reduce bureaucratic delays for residents in remote and semi-urban areas.
The introduction of mobile app features and improved infrastructure reflects NADRA’s focus on modernizing public services. With growing demand for quick and efficient government interactions, facilities like Dargai NADRA centre represent a step toward a fully digital and citizen-friendly administrative experience.
