The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore has established a special help desk to assist students facing issues downloading their matric roll number slips ahead of the 2026 annual examinations.
According to board secretary Rizwan Nazir, candidates who are unable to download their roll number slips online should immediately contact the board office to resolve the issue. Students have been advised to visit the office with their admission form slip so the problem can be addressed quickly.
Educational institutions have also been instructed to inform the board if any student faces difficulties in accessing their roll number slip online.
Officials said that some students are experiencing problems due to slow internet connectivity, but the board confirmed that 100 percent of roll number slips have already been issued.
The help desk has been created to ensure students receive their slips before the matriculation annual exams scheduled to begin on March 27, 2026.
Board officials emphasized that the facility will help resolve technical issues quickly and ensure a smooth examination process for all candidates.
