The breach involved captain Shaheen Afridi and all-rounder Sikandar Raza, who ignored instructions from security personnel tasked with maintaining hotel safety and player isolation requirements.
DIG Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran formally reported the incident, sending an official letter to PSL authorities requesting investigation and appropriate action against the players involved.
Security protocols are strictly enforced during PSL events to protect players, staff, and team operations, and violations are taken seriously to prevent future lapses at venues.
